1.The Return to Sportingbet Park Money Back Special is available via our internet, sbet.mobi service and mobile apps (iPhone & Android) only.
2. To be eligible for the refund, members must place a win (fixed odds or Best Tote +) bet on a race at Sportingbet Park on Wednesday 19 February 2014 and the horse the client has backed must run 2nd to the No. 1 horse in the race
3. If the horse with the No. 1 saddlecloth in the race is scratched, refund will be issued if the horse the client backs runs 2nd to the horse with the next lowest saddle cloth number.
4. Bets placed with bonus bets will not be eligible for the money back special.
5. Only the win portion of each-way bets will be eligible for the money back special.
6. Bets will not be refunded in the event of a dead heat.
7. The refund will be awarded to member’s accounts within 48 hours of the market being resulted.
8. The maximum refund payable per client is $100 per race.
9. Only the FIRST single win placed in each race at Sportingbet Park will be eligible for the money back special, any subsequent bets on the race will not be eligible for the bonus. If more than one bet is placed on the same race at the same time, then it will be the first bet confirmed on members bet slip that is eligible for the cash back special.
10. The Return to Sportingbet Park Money Back Special is only available on single bets. Multi bets are not eligible for the money back special.
11. Sportingbet reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the Promotion at any time.
